Cancellation Policy

We serve behind our products to satisfy our customers every order and want your order to be shipped out as soon as possible. Please review your order information, and check product names, models, colors, sizes, and dates, etc. and carefully before submitting your order.

Generally, all our items will be sent into production and packing in 24 hours after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a corresponding material and processing fee.

Relevant cancellation fees based on the different progress of the order status:

1.      Pending to Pay: Zero cancellation fee. Please login your account to submit cancel or contact our customer service to help you cancel the order directly.

2.      Confirmed or Processing order: We have spent time reviewing and preparing your order. The cancellation fee as below:

2.1  cancellation within 24 hours, there will be Zero cancellation fee.

2.2  Cancellation within 24-72 hours after payment, we will charge 15% of the total order amount as the service fee.

2.3  Cancellation after 72 hours after payment, the order can't be cancelled as the packages are ready to ship and waiting to export declaration in our courier point.

3.      Shipped or Complete: These orders have been sent or successfully signed and cannot be canceled.
